To help you better understand the order delivery process, we have compiled the following shipping information. This page only describes domestic shipping services within the United States; international shipping services are not currently offered.

We currently only offer delivery within the United States. International shipping and direct international shipping are not supported. All orders are shipped from our US warehouse.

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Slight delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons. After order confirmation, the order will enter the preparation and packaging process.
III. Shipping Time
Standard delivery time is 3–6 business days. Actual delivery time may be affected by weather, peak shipping seasons, etc.

V. Shipping Fee Information
Some items are eligible for free shipping (subject to page indication). Standard orders may incur a basic shipping fee. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
VI. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided after your order is shipped. You can check the shipping status via email or the logistics company’s website. Information updates may take time. 24–48 hour delay

To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure:
The delivery address is complete and accurate.
Includes the correct house number, city, state, and zip code.
Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
